Tubby & Coo's SF/F Book Club

We are a book club for Tubby & Coo's Mid-City Book Shop in New Orleans, LA that meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00PM Central time via Google Meet. We read solely science fiction and fantasy books and focus on diverse sci-fi and fantasy. 

You can order books from us directly any time here. Once you attend three meetings, you'll get a 10% discount on all book club books!

This book club will work like so:

1. We announce the books we’ll be reading.
2. We lay out the reading schedule, which will be one book per month, or if a book is really long, possibly two months.
3. Once per month, we will get together via Google Hangouts to discuss the book.
4. Repeat!

Feel free to add books to "Books We Want to Read" to throw out suggestions of what we should read next.

We want this space to be heavily community-driven discussion, while moderated for safety. If you don’t like a book selected, all you have to do is delete the emails over the course of the month and hang tight. Feel free to participate as much or as little as you wish.
