Our vision for Bookclubz is grounded in a deep appreciation for the positive transformation that takes place in book club. We help book clubs get organized, so they stay together.
We created Bookclubz to free one club in Philadelphia from never-ending email chains. Bookclubz’ online management tool is now serving thousands of book clubs all over the world.
Use Bookclubz to coordinate club membership, create book and calendar polls, schedule meetings, track RSVPs, communicate via a club message board, rate books, share reviews, save your club’s library, receive reading inspiration, engage with new authors, and more.
The website and app support online book clubs, virtual book clubs, in person book clubs, clubs that gather to learn, to stay in touch, to read more, to relax and have fun, to improve work culture, for self-improvement, for social change, and more. We provide resources to help all types of book clubs thrive.
Bookclubz is in the business of serving book clubs. It’s at the heart of everything we do. Before we add a new feature, embark on a new partnership, or upload a piece of content, we always ask ourselves, “Will this be in service to book clubs?” We’ve thoughtfully designed tools to help clubs cut through organizational clutter, better manage logistics, and focus more on the substance of bookclub.
We’re committed to site security, reliability, and authenticity. We’re continually asking our users for feedback, incorporating their needs into our services, and responding expeditiously to their requests.
Books are written to bring people together. Through regular meetings and shared perspectives, community is built and support systems emerge.
The feeling you get at book club is the feeling we strive to mimic at Bookclubz – intimate, collaborative, committed, connected, and fun!
Diversity & Inclusion
We value diversity in the types of book clubs we serve, the stories and authors we feature, and in the team that we’re building. We strive to build a book club community inclusive of all types of book clubs, all over the world.
Book clubs themselves foster a spirit of belonging through the curious and respectful exchange of ideas. It’s not expensive to be part of a book club. We want organizational tools to be equally accessible. Our site and app are free to use, and always will be.
Bookclub is a force for good. We believe in the limitless power of books and their ability to establish, sustain, shape and inform an individual’s identity through a shared reading experience with others. We recognize the reader as an active component in the meaning making process. We actively seek to foster experiences that transcend the involvement within a book club to the consciousness of a society.
My book club is really enjoying the service so far. I suggested it to another book club group as well! I love all the options, especially the capability to upload recipes.
I started using Bookclubz and I loved it. I needed an online platform to create an online book club which contains several people from different social media platforms. Your website and system made it possible to connect many people at the same time.
So far i can say, yours is the only book club app that actually works - does not crash, offers all the basics.
Our Partners & Sponsors
Bookclubz would not be possible without the support of our partners and sponsors.
We thank them for supporting Bookclubz' mission and are proud to promote their stories, books, companies, and brands to the Bookclubz community.
