We are a group of ladies in central Texas who enjoy reading weird, creepy, spooky stuff!

For women identifying romance readers in Austin, TX who want to explore a bunch of sub genres of romance like regency, romantic suspense, space opera romance, paranormal romance, etc.

We run the group as openly and in as friendly a way as possible. We believe in solid, earnest-but-kind communication. We’re always open to suggestions, especially when it comes to diversity and inclusion.  We want this group to feel welcoming to all moms, and as such, kids are always welcome to attend. Most the moms use our meetings as kid-free time, but please don’t let that discourage you from coming if you need/want to bring your little with you! We also want everyone to feel like they can attend regardless of whether they’ve read the book! So, events will be loosely based around a discussion of the selected book, but please come and chat even if you haven’t finished (or started!) the book.
