I couldn't put it down. Had me turning page after page. Definitely enjoyable to read, and I finished it in 3 days and ordered the rest of the series before I could even get halfway through.
I can honestly see this series overthrowing ACOTAR as my favorite SJM series (nevermind the fact that that series is the only series of hers that I've yet read)
I love Celaena, she is such a badass. I love Dorian, Chaol, and Nehemia!! I will say that I definitely ship Celaena with Chaol much more them Dorian.. 😬 Idk I just like Chaol a lot more then him. Dorian kinda can be annoying to me. 🤷🏻♀️

I've heard a lot of hype from friends about this book. I just finished reading "Throne of Glass" and I must say that I was a bit underwhelmed. I had previously read the ACOTAR series, which I loved, and I was expecting a similar level of writing and storytelling in this book. Unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to my expectations.
