Just when I thought I had this mystery figured out, BOOM! PLOT TWIST. Bravo, Jennifer Hillier. This book kept me guessing, had me feeling all of the feels through this heartbreaking, intense, and shocking story.
I really wanted for this book to be the best thriller I’ve read. But tbh it’s not. I think if I’d gone into it wanting a mystery I might have been more here for it but I was fairly underwhelmed in all honesty. It wasn’t bad, but maybe just not for me?
If you want a mystery/thriller that is going to make you feel like you have your own red yarn to connect the dots, then this is that.
