This chilly winter thriller is over the top and overdramatic and I loved it. The premise was intriguing but a little obvious and the characters interactions were cringey at times, but overall I enjoyed the craziness of this thriller, that always had me guessing.
I truly enjoyed the plot, characters and especially the writing. This one didn't have the biggest twist, but otherwise this is a fantastic novel. Especially the character development. I would pick up more books about Alex for sure. I will definitely be looking forward to reading more from this author!
This was definitely very over the top, but it was so much fun to read! I sped through it and loved every minute.

Content warning for violence, kidnapping, murder, manipulation, and related topics. I liked the premise and the setting, but I think the blurb gave too much away. I liked Alex and her journey throughout the book, she had the most depth and grew a ton. I also liked the secondary characters and did not see the plot twist coming.
