I almost DNFed this one, didn't think I was in the mood for a fairy tale, but the hold came available. But I persisted and this turned out to be a charming fairy tale mash up, blended with a little time travel and dealing with trauma. Our story centers around twins whose father has just died. This was a fun book to read. I have been reading a lot of heavy hitters lately, I’ve been on a true crime kick, and this was light hearted and fun. The fairy tales of my life come to life. A little story after happily ever after. I really enjoyed this story.
