As expected, this novel is the darkest readers have been exposed to the wizarding world that Rowling created.

Following the return of Voldemort in the previous book, Harry has been left alone with his nightmares all summer, while the wizarding world slanders his name and convinces the world he is a liar. This book is my least favorite book in the whole series, mostly because no one actually seems to be doing anything logically except for Hermione. Everyone else is just running around letting their emotions get the best of them (read: Harry and Sirius) and yelling at people when it would be better to take a more sneaky and calm approach and I just spent the whole book being furious and exasperated at Harry for most of it.

Ah my god!! This is definitely my favourite Harry Potter book I’ve listened to so far!! It was definitely a very long book and there are some things I feel possibly didn’t need to be added but I throughly enjoyed! It’s one of the books that have HUGE differences between the book and movie and I found it fascinating noticing how it differs.
