I vaguely remember this book being popular a few years ago, but I never got around to actually reading it (probably because I myself was crying at the Emart near my apartment in Seoul). One of the best books I’ve read in a while. I feel the author wrote this book for me. My mom died of cancer and the author captured the many emotions that I went through. A snapshot of mother daughter complexities and stupid ass cancer. Absolutely loved it. Thanks Michelle Zauner. A beautiful beautiful beautiful book.
