We read this with our church home group towards the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic in the hope of gaining some useful insight into managing anxiety. There were a few helpful nuggets of information to be gained, but overall the book was generally very dry and muddled with no clear points, and the videos were a little tedious and annoying. Max Lucado was not my kind of person and I don't think I'll be reading any of his other studies.
