This was a really great book! I thought it would be a dry read but it was anything but that and serves as a testimony on perseverance.

I learned more about WWII in this one book than from all the history classes I've ever had combined. LOVED this book!

Amazing story of resilience and willingness to change. Probably the most moving story I’ve read. My husband, who normally reads only nonfiction, also loved it.
