I read book back in 2020 and hugely inspired by this book. I have indoctrinated habits like gratitude, meditations and sport properly in life. Routine is not for everyone but once you use these habits to your life it will help you
Great read. Easy to digest. There is a lot of testimony and marketing that I didn't really care for but the core concept/message was amazing.
