my first tjr book! i listened to the audiobook and the characters and everything felt so realistic, it was written in such an honest way if that makes sense and i loved the little twist at the end.
Maybe my favorite audio book I’ve ever listened to. I don’t know if I would have given it 5 stars if I hadn’t listened to it, but having voice actors do every character and allowing them to use real emotion and acting was awesome.
As for the book, I really loved it. The writing was incredible. The story was very sex, drugs, and rock&roll, but also deep longing and heartbreak.

Call me a bandwagon reader idc I’ve become a sucker for Taylor Jenkins Reid novels and they hit every time. I’ve heard good things about the show as well so I’m looking forward to binging that one. Again, I like how every character is flawed and no one is a saint. Rlly humanizing.
Multiple people telling the story of the band similar to the story of Fleetwood Mac It was good. 6 PART MINI SERIES was good.
