For not being the target audience, I still absolutely loved this novel. Mr. McCarthy writing is so beautifully intricate, it really immerses the reader.

A rough read. I see why it’s a classic and understand the message, but man was it hard to get through. Incredibly verbose and extremely graphic. Glad I read it but wouldn’t read it again.
As a Comedy this book is a 10. As a serious narrative, it’s a 7. Not enough description of the settings for my taste.
