Imagine Sherlock Holmes, but swap the genius detective for his clever sister, and you've got 'A Study in Scarlet Women, introducing Lady Sherlock. Sherry Thomas crafts a gripping mystery with a Victorian backdrop, blending humor and intrigue. It's a refreshing and addictive take on the classic detective story that I couldn't put down.

Yes this is another fantastic 'Victorian woman detective' series. The premise being that as the sister of the ailing Sherlock Holmes, she aids him in his detecting to the outside world while in reality she is the one solving the crimes alltogether. There is a bit of romance along with the mystery and a cast full of interesting and somewhat quirky characters.
